Do I need to have a Motor Legal Expenses Policy?

This service can be used whether or not you have a Motor Legal Expenses policy. However, without a Motor Legal Expenses Policy, if you need to bring a claim against a Third Party you may be charged up to 25% of any damages award plus an insurance premium of around £300 even though the accident is not your fault.
